For the coffee lovers, we offer a coffee pot as well as an espresso coffee maker . But if you love tea, we haven't forgotten you, and we also provide an electric tea kettle. We also have other kitchen amenities like blender, mixer, flat electric grill, etc.

The home is kid friendly, equipped with high chair, kids plates, cups and utensils, play pen, stroller and car seat. The pool area also has a kid fence around it. However, we DO have stairs since this is a split level home. We provide 3 baby gates as well. Please, look at the photos for your own judgement if the house would be appropriate to your needs. Inside the shed you will find Tommy Bahama beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, an Igloo Cooler with wheels, a wagon, beach toys and body boards, beach towels a couple fishing rods and more. We also offer propane gas for the grill. There is a ring door bell with camera at the entry door that we monitor from time to time for ours and guests safety. There is also a noise monitor inside the house (this equipment does NOT record anything) That is all :) Highlights: Ample space for relaxation
