Soleta at Starkey Ranch January 2026 Update

We are happy to share that David Weekley has released additional information about their new Soleta at Starkey Ranch community. While floor plans and pricing have not been released yet, here’s what we know so far.

The community will offer three series of homes:

• The Cottage Series will feature 35’ lots with homes ranging from approximately 1,760–2,660 square feet
• The Traditional Series will feature 45’ lots with homes ranging from approximately 1,722–2,800 square feet
• The Executive Series will feature 55’ lots with homes ranging from approximately 2,600–3,600 square feet

All of the floor plans being offered will be brand new designs from David Weekley Homes. Sales are expected to begin in March 2026, with an estimated build time of around eight months.
